Who this covers
This policy covers Rose, a personal assistant built by Isogrid Labs. Rose is used by a single person, its owner and developer. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
What Google data it accesses
- Gmail: read-only access to the owner's own mailbox. Rose cannot send, delete, or modify email in it.
- Google Calendar: read access to the owner's calendars, and the ability to create or edit events only when the owner approves.
No other Google services (Drive, Docs, Contacts, etc.) are accessed.
How it is used
Data is used only to give the owner reminders, alerts, and summaries of their own email and schedule.
Storage and sharing
- Access tokens and any retained data are stored locally on the owner's own computer.
- Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
- To generate summaries, message content may be processed by the AI model provider the owner has configured, under that provider's terms. It is not used to train models where the provider allows opting out.
- Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately stops Rose from reading any Google data.
